A GROUP supporting contemporary arts.
Hudson Arthaus is home to Collar Works, a not-for-profit dedicated to the support of emerging and under represented artists, working in any media, exhibiting challenging and culturally relevant contemporary artworks. Striving to expand the current art vernacular in New York’s capital region, Collar Works supports and encourages artists by providing a venue for community dialogue focused on serious, provocative and spirited artworks.
Through it’s on-site office, shared studios and gallery, Collar Works promotes the production and viewing of arts by and for the residents of Hudson Arthaus—as well as the community abroad. In addition, educational opportunities and resources are provided to the people of the community through specific programs and events.
